Curt Skallerup was previously the CEO of Altitude Trampoline Parks, a company that he founded and grew to over 90 location in eight countries, before selling to a private equity fund in 2018. Mr. Skallerup is bringing his core executive team to Larks, as well as all his relationships with suppliers and franchisees.

Ricardo Dunin comes into the fold with over 35 years in real estate, commercial property development and business execution, including in ground-up real estate developments and in distressed assets acquisitions, with over $3B in value.

Courtney has worked in retail operations for over 15 years, specializing in franchise operations for the last 8. She started with Altitude Trampoline Parks with 3 open locations and helped build the brand to over 90 in 6 countries. Most recently, Courtney was the VP of Franchise Development at Tapville Social, a restaurant and self-pour concept. She helped implement platforms and policies to support future growth and worked closely with key vendors ranging from Food Service to Training. Now as the VP of Operations with Larks Entertainment, Courtney will work directly with the franchise owners, vendor partners and training team

Zach has 10 years of finance and accounting experience in the franchising industry. He was the leader in developing and growing the accounting service program with Altitude Trampoline Park from zero to over $1M in annual revenue for the company during his time. During his time with Altitude, he also assisted franchisees with all of their financing needs (SBA, private lending, etc.). He also brings 15 years of operations and management experience to the team.

Kerry is a successful executive with a background ranging from Finance to Sales.Kerry was previously a CFO of a manufacturing company based in the NorthEast and most recently opened and grew a chain of franchise trampoline parks from one location to eleven, all over the New England market. She has joined the Larks team to create and develop the sales and real estate pipeline.

Nicole Kornegay is a Construction Project Manager with a degree in Interior Design. She began her journey as an interior designer then switched to construction management over 8 years ago and enjoys the chllanege that the world of construction brings. Nicole recently sold her construction management company, and her biggest accomplishment to date is doing a full demo and rebuild in a 20,000 sq ft space in 4 weeks. Nicole splits her time between Round Rock, TX & Mesa, AZ.

Joseph specializes in tenant representation for The Woodmont Company focusing on strategic planning, site selection, and transaction services for Larks Entertainment. He brings a unique background in real estate, entrepreneurship, business management and consulting services for companies across several industries. One of his most notable clients was developing the growth of Altitude Trampoline park. Joseph is a native of Orange County, CA, has been a licensed real estate professional since 2004, and spent 5 years running his own independent brokerage and consulting business.
